I heard a few songs on NPR from Raising Sand, an album by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. A very different collaboration, I must say. But the music is really good and it's on my list of must-haves. Hear the complete album here.
Thoughts: First, I never even thought of paring the two. They seem to have a cool chemistry together. As I was listening I thought of Krauss's blue grass roots taking a psychedelic trip. There seemed to be a slower pace to this album which you have to be in a mood for but 'Good, Good, Good' picked it up a little and makes for good listening. Thanks for the esposure.
