It sounds like St. George, Utah is stepping it up with little trendy shops and restaurants. I've been away too long! My sister-in-law Carolyn posted some pictures of this restaurant that she recently ate at--it looks like it would fit perfect in the city. Love all the decor. Wish I stopped by and grabbed a bit to eat when we were on our way to Vegas.

arrgghh...i hate when people pass through and I miss seeing them...even worse is when they know about a cute little spot in town that I have never even heard of! I need to get out more!
