Easter Picnic in an Egg

The weather was perfect springtime during the Easter weekend that we got a little creative with Easter lunch and had an Easter picnic in an egg.  I bought organic eggs in the plastic egg carton and saved the cartons to use for our picnic.  Then I filled plastic eggs with finger foods and placed in the carton.  My kids got a kick out of these Easter picnic cartons that we had to have a picnic a few times.  Each egg was a healthy surprise.
