We had a blizzard last night...again. It seems like they come every five days. And when a blizzard hits, school gets cancelled. Having no school was fun at first, but now it's getting really annoying. I think we've had about five days of cancelled school so it looks like we won't see summer time until July. I'm still wondering why today got cancelled. Three inches of snow--yes it did take a while to get out of the driveway but the day has been blue sky and sunshine. But these kids don't seem to mind. Happy Weekend!

I'm getting real sick of these snow days as well. I think the school should then not have winter break since there have been so many snow days.

Wow! You have lots of snow piled up out there! School got cancelled here today too and we only got 1 inch!!! of snow. I was so bugged...glad your kids got out and had some fun anyway :)

ReplyDeleteI agree. I would be bothered with that many days cancelled, because I always love to have more days in the summer! Can you believe here in UTAH, we actually had our first snow day ever - in the past 40 years?! Yep. That was one nasty snow storm!!
